A one-stop shop

ADELE Helpdesk is a one-stop shop providing information and assistance on all issues relating to research data.

People from the 5 committed institutions (Université de Strasbourg, Maison interuniversitaire des sciences de l’homme Alsace, Institut na- tional des sciences appliquées, Université de Haute Alsace, Bibliothèque nationale et universitaire de Strasbourg) provide first-level support.

They come from a variety of backgrounds, including librarians, engineers and IT specialists.

If necessary, the team calls on experts, locally and nationally, thanks to professional networks and thematic reference centres: Strasbourg Astronomical Data Center | CDS, French Institute of Bioiformatics | IFB, Data Terra

Data management cluster label

The local network ADELE Helpdesk has been awarded the “Atelier de la donnée” label from the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) in June 2022. This label confirms the one-stop-shop’s commitment to helping researchers on the Alsace site to management of France’s scientific and technical heritage through research data. Financial support will be provided during the 2022-2024 start-up phase. The MESR is committed to strengthening support for research teams in the area of research data as part of the national plan for open science.
